We provide compassionate, Competent Caregiving for you and your loved ones in the privacy of your own home. Supervised by RN’s, our caregivers are carefully screened prior to hiring. Our services are licensed and bonded.
Competent Caregiving adheres to the strict standards of excellence established by Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP). As a certified member of CHAP, Competent Caregiving hires only the most qualified caregivers. All caregivers are employees and are supervised by a licensed nurse.

Our caregivers follow a written service plan that is developed by the client, family and Competent Caregiving manager. Clients may schedule interviews with potential candidates to select the right caregiver to meet your individual needs. We will work closely with you to find the perfect fit. We believe our caregivers are an extension of your family; therefore, each are screened carefully for your safety and protection. Every effort is made to ensure compatibility with you and your family members.
The key to a good fit when it comes to hiring a caregiver is not only finding the right person with the proper training and qualifications, but also selecting someone that is a good match in terms of personality, temperament and other more personal attributes.
