All applicants undergo criminal background check, prior work history verification, drug testing and must pass an employee readiness physical and have a negative tb test. An interview with the clinical manager determines which client you are qualified to be assigned. Often times, the client will request to interview or, “meet and greet” with the candidate to make sure it will be a good fit. Upon completion of all onboarding training, you will be given a schedule and an RN will schedule a clinical orientation. We use digital time sheets and a HIPPA approved charting platform, both done on your cell phone.

  • Registered Nurse
    Responsibilities include case management coordination of care and supervision of services; develops care plan collaboratively with you and your physician; and establishes a comprehensive program to teach self-care maintenance.

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse
    Responsibilities include provides care requiring the skills of a nurse, as directed by the RN; provides front line support to the client and family; administers treatments and medications; oversees care for clients who are unable to direct their own care; and provides symptom management.

  • Caregiver
    Responsibilities include assisting clients with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and nutrition and meal time.
